My name is Joan, and together with my husband Chris and son Liam, own and operate Malta Tour Guide. I come from a small village on the south coast called Birzebbuga and have always lived in my beloved island of Malta. I am so proud of my country and together with our team of experienced licensed tour guides, we would like to share our passion with you, your family and friends. We can tell you all about the history and culture, the charm of the local people will do the rest.

We are best described as a boutique tour operator, specializing in private customized itineraries. We have over 80 years collective expertise in local tourism and we can handle any type of tour itinerary which our clients request. The suggested tours that we feature on this website are a result of many years of tour operating experience and what we believe visitors really want to see and do. Besides the general one day tours we also offer a collection of multi day tours, city walking tours and a number of excellent themed itineraries.

Our team of guides are 'hand picked' for their special skills and knowledge. All of our guides are licensed to deliver general history and culture tours. However, we also have guides that specialize in all sorts of special interests including the Knights', WWII, Religion, Archaeology, Trekking and Screen Tourism. We have it all covered!

Malta and the sister island of Gozo offer so much diversity and most visitors are overwhelmed with what our tiny islands have to offer. Therefore a little bit of careful planning is required. We can help you plan your visit until you're 100% satisfied with your tour arrangements.
