My name is Joan and I have been guiding in Malta for over 30 years. I am married and have one son, Liam, who is still studying. Ruby my dog makes up my small family. I come from a small village on the south coast called Birzebbuga and have always lived in my beloved island of Malta. I am so proud of my country and would like to share my passion with you, your family and friends. I can tell you all about the history and culture, the charm of the local people will do the rest.

Having been on the guiding scene for a long time I can safely say that I have enough guiding experience and can handle any type of tour itinerary which my clients request. The suggested tours that I feature on this website are a result of many years of my guiding experiences and what I believe visitors really want to see and do. Besides the general one day tours I also offer a collection of classical city walking tours and a number of excellent themed itineraries.

Malta and the sister island of Gozo offer so much diversity and most visitors are overwhelmed with what our tiny islands have to offer. Therefore a little bit of careful planning is required, this I can help you with until you're 100% satisfied with your tour arrangements. After all it is not easy to explore over 7000 years of history, culture and heritage in a few days, so do not hesitate to contact me if you need some help when you start planning

And finally, I would like to assure you that after all of these years of guiding I still get excited about meeting my next client, and as long as I still get this 'buzz' I will continue to do the job that I love so much.
