There is so much to see and do in Malta and Gozo that for most it can be quite overwhelming deciding what to do and how to do it. Don't worry about this, we will assist you until you are 100% satisfied with your tour arrangements.

If you are visiting Malta for one day only we suggest that you consider one of our classic itineraries such as the Valletta, Mdina and Hagar Qim Temples tour. This itinerary is by far the most popular due to the diverse content which includes three important eras of our island's golden history. On the other hand you may have a specific interest such as Christianity, Archaeology, Order of St. John, Movies etc... which can be included in a customised itinerary designed just for you.

If you are visiting our islands for a few days or a week you have the time to plan your touring over a number of days. We suggest that you browse through the classic and special interest tours, also check out our suggested multi day tours and you should then have a good idea of what you want to include. Contact us with your request and we can fine tune your itinerary together.

How to Book/Make an Enquiry
Because private and customized tours are different for all clients, it is not possible to provide a standard 'one fits all' booking solution. However the booking procedure is straight forward, as follows;

If you want to book a tour 'as it is' featured on the website, simply click on the tour link (on the left), scroll to the bottom of the page and click on How to Book/Make an Enquiry button. Fill in the form details and send. I normally get back to you within 48 hours confirming availablity and booking procedure, you can also check out the options as listed below.

If you want a customized itinerary, the procedure is a little different. Click here to access the Customize Your Own Tour enquiry form. Fill in the form details and send. I normally get back to you within 48 hours confirming availablity and cost. When we you are 100% satisfied with the arrangements you can conifrm your booking with one of the options as listed below.


Confirming a tour
A 15% deposit is required to confirm a tour booking.

By card:
Payments can be made by credit card, and a 5% processing fee is added to the amount due. The balance is settled 28 days before the tour date. Full details will be provided during the enquiry process.

By cash:
We do accept cash (paper money) for certain tours, although a 15% credit card deposit is still required to confirm the booking. If you prefer to pay with cash let us know during your enquiry.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit payment is not refundable, since it is considered as a basic amount which covers the work that we would have already done to set up your tour.

- 85% charge if cancelled 14 days to 7 days before tour date, except for a Cancellation Exceptions, see below
- No refund if cancelled 6 days and day of the tour, except for a Cancellation Exceptions, see below

Refund Guarantee for Cancellation Exceptions:
A Cancellation Exception is a situation which forces you to cancel due to a situation beyond your control. You will receive a full refund less the 15% deposit/admin fee plus any processing fees. Cancellation Exceptions include:

- The airline cancels your direct flight to Malta
- The cruise liner cancels the visit to Malta

You must infoim us as soon as possible, and proof of the airline/cruise liner cancellation will be required.

Cancellations for medical reasons are not covered under 'Cancellation Exceptions' and we therefore highly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance cover in case you have to cancel due to a medical situation that prevents your form travelling to Malta, or joining your tour whislt in Malta.
