Small Group Tours

Discover Malta in comfort on one of our carefully planned small-group tours, limited to a maximum of only six guests for a more personal and relaxed experience. You will be accompanied by one of our experienced, licensed tour guides and travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned, chauffeur-driven van.

Pickups and drops included from select locations in Valletta, Floriana, Gzira, Sliema and St. Julians. Inclusive of entrance tickets, boat trips,  ferries, and some of our small group tours also include a tasting experience. 



The following tours are available from October 2027

'CITIES OF THE KNIGHTS TOUR'
Operating on Tuesday's
Duration: 5hrs 30min

Begin with a drive through Cospicua and a stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the marina, Senglea and the magnificent Grand Harbour.

Continue to historic Birgu (Vittoriosa), where the Knights of St. John first settled in Malta. Walk through the narrow streets and atmospheric alleys of the Collacchio, once home to the Knights and their Auberges, before reaching Birgu’s beautiful waterfront.

Cross the Grand Harbour by ferry, enjoying spectacular views of the Three Cities and their impressive fortifications. On arrival in Valletta, take the Barrakka Lift to the Upper Barrakka Gardens for one of the finest views of the harbour.

During our time in Valletta, stop at a local café to taste traditional Maltese ftira, an authentic local sandwich and a favourite part of Maltese food culture.

Continue through Valletta’s historic streets and landmarks, including Castille Place, Merchants Street and Republic Street, before visiting magnificent St. John’s Co-Cathedral, the former Conventual Church of the Knights and home to Caravaggio’s masterpiece, The Beheading of St. John the Baptist.

The tour concludes near the Grand Master’s Palace before returning to your hotel.

'LANDSCAPES & MEDIEVAL TREASURES TOUR'
Operating on Wednesday's
Duration is 5hrs 30min

We start our tour at picturesque Wied iż-Żurrieq, home to the famous Blue Grotto. Weather permitting, enjoy a 25-minute boat trip through the spectacular grotto and surrounding sea caves.

Continue through the beautiful Girgenti Valley, a fertile landscape of orchards, traditional farmsteads and cultivated fields, before reaching Malta’s dramatic west coast. Stop at Dingli Cliffs, the island’s highest point, for magnificent views across the Mediterranean and an excellent photo opportunity.

Next, explore the historic town of Rabat, with its charming streets and strong connections to Malta’s Roman and early Christian past. Stop at a traditional local eatery to taste pastizzi, Malta’s favourite savoury street food.

Finally, discover the magnificent medieval city of Mdina, Malta’s former capital and today known as the “Silent City”. Walk through its narrow streets and atmospheric alleys, admire its impressive architecture and enjoy spectacular views from the ancient bastion walls.

- PASTIZZI tasting
- Tickets for Blue Grotto boat trip

Note
If the sea conditions are not suitable to do the Blue Grotto boat trip we will include an alternative site, such as Domus Romana in Rabat.
